Ms. Dillon grew up in Hamilton, Alabama where she graduated from Hamilton High School and was Homecoming Queen her senior year. She moved to Birmingham, Alabama where she raised her family; she then retired and moved to the Bon Secour, Alabama, to be close to her daughter. She was an avid collector and dealer of antiques and collectables, a birding enthusiast, and loved gardening. She was an animal lover, both domestic and wild, and was a supporter of the Alabama Wildlife Center. She was a graduate of Hamilton High School, and Massey Business College. She worked for Service Bureau Corp. and Innovative Underwriters. She is survived by her husband, John Wager Dillon Jr. of Bon Secour, AL.; 1 daughter, Jan Dillon of Bon Secour, AL.; and a brother, Doug McKay of Valley, AL.; and a host of other relatives and friends. She was preceded in death by a daughter, Sandra "Sally" McKay Dillon; 1 brother, Kermit V. McKay; and her parents, Almon Vernon McKay & Ozie Young McKay. The family asks that donations be made to the Alabama Wildlife Center. Arrangements by Cason Funeral Service, Foley.
