Francis and Mary were long time residence of Haverhill, Mass. They adopted a son, Francis J. McGovern, born May 10,1937 in Montague, Franklin, Mass and dying in Haverhill on Feb.26,1998.
Frank worked for many years in management at the General Electric Plant in Lynn, Mass., retiring in 1972. Frank's one and only brother, Vin, died on Dec. 20 of 1977 and Frank died 18 days later on the seventh of January.
