M.E.'s full name was Martha Elizabeth (Ford) Dollahon, (b.Aug.5,1863 Lawrence Co., IL, [some sources say 1861], - d.Jan.10,1957 Roswell, Chaves Co., NM). Her parents were Price Nuttall Ford, (1827- bef 1880), [find a grave # 68669691 ], and Hettie (Allison) Ford, (1831-bef.1880), [find a grave # 68671210 ], both buried in unmarked graves, probably in either the Nuttall or Ford Cemetery, in Crawford Co., IL. [The parents, and three older children, all disappear from the records by 1880, leaving Martha, and a brother and sister, all living with various relatives, in Crawford Co.]. Martha married Thomas Elmer Dollahon, (Jan.11,1861 Birds, Lawrence Co., Il-Jan,15,1937 Roswell, Chaves, NM), who's buried next to her.
