CPL US ARMY - WORLD WAR II
Lucien George Fleury, 74, of Trueworthy Avenue, died Saturday at Maine General Medical Center after a brief illness. He was born in St. Justine, Quebec, a son of Joseph and Delvina Quirion Fleury.

During World War II, he served in the Army.

He was a communicant of St. Augustine Church, and a member of Le Club Calumet.

For 30 years, he worked at Westinghouse Electric, retiring in 1985.

Surviving are his wife of 50 years, Doris Labbe Fleury of Augusta; three sons, David G. Fleury of Yarmouth, Daniel J. Fleury of Monmouth and Paul J. Fleury of Gorham; a daughter, Mrs. Raymond (Diane) Arbour of Chelsea; a sister, Fernande Prevost of Rumford; and nine grandchildren. (Maine Sunday Telegram 11/2/1997)
