Nels Bothun of Bath who was kicked in the face by a horse recently, his skull being fractured and an eye destroyed and who it was thought would die from his frightful injuries, is yet in a serious condition. Dr. Nannestad, who is attending him at the hospital, says he rallies and is occasionally conscious but that condition is grave and his recovery is in much doubt.
Bothun died at the hospital about noon today.
