They lived in Missouri and Shawnee, Oklahoma.

-------------------------
Tillman Sooter left Nancy Jane and their family around 1915 and was never heard from again. Many of the old timers from the Sooter family were questioned in the mid 1980's about Tillman's whereabouts--some even from Missouri. None ever knew what happened to Tillman, but thought he was shot and killed around 1935 in Texas. His son Ralph went to Texas to find out who killed him and he supposedly drowned in the Sabine River and his body was never found. His death date is unknown and burial place is unknown.
