IN MEMORY OF MRS. LYNN
K. WATKINS
Whereas, the messenger of Death has taken from our midst and from her beautiful home life our beloved member, Mrs. Lynn K. Watkins.
Be it resolved, that the ladies of the Civic Club have sustained an irreparable loss in the death of their friend, who was an honored and active member. She was a woman of beautiful Christian character, beloved by the whole community and by the entire membership of this Club. In her social life she was always bright and happy, but her superior qualities and strength of mind were best shown at home in her steadfast devotion to her husband and children.
Further resolved, that an expression of our sincerest sympathy be extended to the relatives, berieved husband and children in this hour of great sorrow.
And further resolved, that these resolutions be spread upon the minutes and a copy sent to the members of the family.
Mrs. Joe R. Miller, Mrs. Thos. W. Fuller, Mrs. A.H. Gray.
