He spent his life in Dove Creek Colorado where he graduated in 1965. He attended Rangley College for one year before entering the US Air Force. He was a Vietnam War Veteran and was honorably discharged in 1970.
In 1973 George married Lorna Huskey. To this union one son, Shon, was born.
George worked in the Uranium mines until they shut down. He then worked for the town of Dove Creek.
He was a lover of music and an avid drummer. He also was an outdoors man, loved camping, fishing and hunting for arrow heads.
George will be remembered for his friendliness and teasing sense of humor.
