All I really know about this baby is that he was born between 1889 or the first mo. in 1890 given that the 2nd son was born in Oct. I found a birth certificate for the couples 2nd son "Oscar" who was born in 1891, stating that he was the 2nd child born to Clara and William Weston. and the fact that the couple married in 1888 ... gives to the fact this baby was born in 1889 or even 1890
