Delma was truly the most perfect women I have ever known. Her parents where William Sylvester Allen and Rena Munn. Delma was born in 1929 in RedBird, OKlahoma. She married Luke Leslie Walts 23 July 1951 in Tulsa, Oklahoma.She Grew up on a farm and worked very hard all of her life. After she married Luke they moved around alot because he had made a career out of the Navy. She tried to have children but never did. in 1971 they adopted a son at the age of five. Her life was complete at that point. She loved children so very much. She loved her family also. and Boy was she a good cook. She put on a spread of food like you would not believe. Delma loved to can up food. She always had a garden. Her death was sudden. And she is missed a whole lot by her family and friends. Most of all I remember what a good Christian she was. And every visit she made to our house there was a present for me in her suitcase. She was a very giving person.
