David Lee Kinner, 51, of Manassas passed away at Prince William Hospital. David was the son of Jack Kinner, who died Friday, August 8, 2014 and Elaine Smith(deceased).
David is survived by his wife of 10 years, his daughter, and two sons, his two sisters, and his aunt & uncle.
David was an active member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints where he provided service to the members and the community. He served as a full time missionary in the Venezuela Mission. He worked as a contractor in the Pentagon for the Department of Defense.
