Obituary for Charles Bruce Neely Sr.
NEELY, Charles Bruce Sr., of Balch Springs, born July 2,1934, passed away August 5, 2014.

He had a compassionate servants heart; proudly served in the U.S. Air Force, was a long time member of his church in which he served with both his hands and his heart, and joyfully volunteered with the Youth Livestock Committee at the State Fair of Texas.

Preceded in death by wife of 57 years Geveva Neely, son, Donnie Neely; parents, Don and Thelma Neely; and 3 sisters.

Survived by children, Cindi Mayeux, Charles Neely II, Michael Neely & wife, Susie; grandchildren, Christopher Mayeux, Corey Mayeux & wife, Rebecca, Dusty (Neely) Carter & wife, Carmen, Jessica (Neely) Donaldson & husband, Kasey, Charles Neely III, Addison Latham, Cody Neely, Laura (Neely) Sherrard & husband, Mark, Brittany Neely; great grandchildren, Amelia, Jordan, Lauren, Trenton, Natalie, Boston and Brooklyn; many other loving family, friends and pets.

Service will be held at 11:00AM Saturday August 9, 2014 at New Hope Funeral Home, 500 U.S. Highway 80, Sunnyvale, TX, 75182.

Family will receive friends at the funeral home Friday evening from 5:00PM – 7:00PM.

All are welcome to join in a precession from New Hope to the DFW National Cemetery at 8:15AM Monday August 11,2014 for burial.
