Bernhard M. Isenberg, 71, of rural Troy, died at 7:10 p.m. Wednesday, Dec. 28, 1977, in Oliver Anderson Hospital, after a long illness.
Mr. Isenberg was a baker for Hauck Bakery in St. Louis, and retired several years ago.
He was born Feb. 11, 1906, in Troy, a son of the late Emil and Amelia Heck Isenberg.
He was married to DeMovia Miller in 1940. She died in 1949.
Surviving are brothers Victor Isenberg of Indiana, August Isenberg of Troy, and Elmer Isenberg of California and a sister, Mrs. Edna Evans of Texas.
Mr. Isenberg was a member of St. Paul's Lutheran Church, Troy, and of Masonic Lodge 92 of St. Louis.
Friends may call after 2 p.m. Friday in Edwards Funeral Home, Troy. A funeral service will be at 2 p.m. Saturday in the funeral home. Burial will be in Friedens Cemetery, Troy.
