Charles D. Sloggett
Charles D. Sloggett, 64, a salesman, died this morning in a local hospital. He had made his home in Topeka since he came here from St. Marys seven years ago. He lived at the Reid hotel.
He leaves five sons, Ralph M. Sloggett, Los Angeles, Calif., Paul H. Sloggett, Santa Monica, Calif., and George W., Homer C. and Donald O. Sloggett, of Strout, Okla.; and two daughters, Mrs. Ruth Birks, Menoken and Mrs. Dorothy Porterfield, Long Beach, Calif.
The body will lie in state at the Sanders-Porterfield funeral home until time for the services.
