He attended Fowler schools and graduated from Fowler High in 2005. Kurtis was currently attending Fresno City College.
Kurtis enjoyed spending time with his family and friends and playing with his dog Trouble.
Kurtis is survived by his mother, Kimberly Adams of Fowler; father, Kirk Adams and his wife Vicky of Fresno; sisters, Jennifer and Brandi Adams of Fowler; stepsisters, Mandy Arriet and Kerri Ash of Fresno; and grandparents, Carolyn Adams of Fresno and Peggy and Roy McDonald of Clovis.
He also leaves behind several aunts, uncles and cousins.
