Samuel John Baldwin of Hominy, Oklahoma, died Sunday, August 10, 2014 at the age 59 years, two months and thirty days.
Sam was born May 11, 1955, in Granville, New York. He was the son of Raymond and Dorthey May (Lockwood) Baldwin.
In addition to his parents Sam was preceded in death by his brother Bobby Baldwin and daughter Dorthy Baldwin.
Services will be held 2:00 pm Friday, August 15, 2014, at the Chapman-Black Funeral Home with Waylon Stokes officiating. Arrangements are under the direction of Chapman-Black Funeral Home.
