Stephanie L. Turkalo, 86 years old, died on Saturday morning, Mar 17, 2012, in Life Care Center of Raynham. Born in Taunton daughter of the late Wasyl and Tecyannea (Peresluha) Turkalo. She was a communicant of Holy Family Church in East Taunton, where she had been a life-long resident. She was educated in Taunton schools and was a graduate of Taunton High School. Stephanie was employed for over 25 years at the former Lakeville Hospital and prior to that at the former Annsonia Mills in East Taunton. She enjoyed cooking, baking and being with family and friends. She is the sister of Anna Herres of Sykesville, MD and was the sister of the late William. Joseph, Peter, Michael, Stephen and Andrew Turkalo. Stephanie is survived by her nieces and nephews, David, Mary Ann, Stephen, Marie, Andrew and Michael as well as several great nieces and nephews.
Relatives and friends are invited to attend a Memorial Mass on Friday Mar 23, 2012 at 10AM in Holy Family Church, Middleboro Ave.
East Taunton, MA. Interment will held at a later date in St Joseph's Cemetery, Taunton.
