Nancy V. Jole, age 77, of Crestview, Fla. Went to be with her Lord and Savior on Saturday, Aug. 9, 2014, peacefully at her home. She was born on July 26, 1937, in Valparaiso, Fla. to Leon and Ola Thames. She was Baptist by Faith and a member of Niceville, First Baptist Church.
She especially loved and enjoyed gardening, sharing her cooking talents, and most of all just enjoyed being a homemaker. She will be greatly missed by all who knew and loved her.
She was preceded in death by her parents; she is survived by her loving husband, Jon; her sister, Betty Gwynn Blizzard of Fort Walton Beach, Fla.; four sons, Scott, Don, Jim and Mike Bottenfield; step-children Robert Jole and Christina Wages; many grandchildren; great-grandchildren; and friends.
The family will receive friends at a visitation on Thursday, Aug. 14, 2014, from 1 to 2 p.m. at Twin Cities Funeral Home, 1405 John Sims Parkway, Niceville, FL. Funeral Services will follow at 2 p.m. with Ret. Rev. Raymond Williams officiating, burial will to follow in Sunset Cemetery, Valparaiso.
