Mildred Fundin McKinney Age 89 years, a resident of The Franciscan Health Center in Wilmington, DE passed away on Thursday, December 19, 2002. Ms. McKinney worked in the office at Mammele's Paint Store for many years. She also worked as a dental technician at the Medical Arts Building in Wilmington. Ms. McKinney was a skilled seamstress and made many of the clothes in her wardrobe. Ms. McKinney was very active with the Mancus Club. She was one of the first people to move into the Antonian Senior Building, where she lived until October 2001, dining most days at the St. Anthony's Senior Lunch Center. Ms. McKinney graduated from Wilmington High School in 1931. She was a lifetime member of the United Methodist Church, attending Swedish Methodist, Silverbrook and Aldersgate Churches. Ms. McKinney was preceded in death by her mother, Anna Fundin; a brother, Howard Eric Fundin; a sister, Freda Seicepin; and her young cousin, Paula Rosina Santoro.
