Christopher passed away at the age of 28. Although his life was short it was well lived.

He attended Central Union High School before beginning his career with the United States Army. Chris served seven years including deployments to Iraq and Afghanistan. His first duty station was Fort Riley, Kansas with 1st Battalion, 7th Field Artillery, 2nd Brigade, 1st Infantry Division. Chris' next duty station was Fort Carson, CO where he was assigned to 1st Platoon, Alpha Battery, 3rd Battalion, 16th Field Artillery. His most recent assignment was as a member of the Recruiting Support Team at the Anderson, South Carolina Recruiting Station, Greenville Company where he achieved the rank of Staff Sergeant.

He is survived by the love of his life, wife Wendy Hata-Hall; his mother, Laura Clinger; and father, Thomas Michael Hall. He is also survived by his siblings, Sean, Jennifer, Steven, and Kristin; sisters-in-law, Jeannie, Julie and Lynette; brothers-inlaw, Daniel and Matt;, mother and father-in-law, Linda and Cliff Hata; his nieces, Elisabeth, Ava, Brooke, Zoey, and Naomi; his nephews, Ian, Colby and Elliot; as well as countless friends and brothers-in-arms.

A Service will be held at Northwest Church, 5415 N. West Avenue on Wednesday, August 20, 2014, at 9:00 a.m. with a Graveside Service immediately following at Fresno Memorial Gardens.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to The Wounded Warrior Project.
