DIES IN CORTLAND
Funeral to Be Held Here Friday
Afternoon at 2 o'clock
Miss Lena M. Doran, 76, died this morning at a nursing home, 76 Central Avenue, after a short illness.
Born March 19, 1871, in Pitcher, N.Y., she was the daughter of Emory and Alice Fairchild Doran. She had made her home for the past three years with a niece, Mrs. Leo Foster of Cortland.
Surviving her are a sister, Mrs. M.W. Wadsworth; two nieces, Mrs. Foster and Mrs. Earl Tarbell, all of Cortland; and one nephew, Emory Doran of Binghamton.
Funeral services will be held Friday afternoon at 2 o'clock at the Beard Memorial Home with Dr. Ralph C. Lankler, pastor of the First Presbyterian Church, officiating. Interment will be in Cortland Rural Cemetery. Friends may call at the funeral home Thursday evening from 7:30 to 8:30.
