Ethel C. Apgar, 88, of Whitehouse Station, Readington Township, died Sunday, April 15, in Somerset Medical Center, Somerville, N.J.
She was a homemaker and the daughter of the late Clarence and Elizabeth Hunt Lare. She resided in Clinton Township, then in North Branch, moving to Whitehouse Station 20 years prior to her death.
She was a member of Stanton Reformed Church. Her husband, Arthur C., died in 1995.
She was survived by a son, Clarence A. of Whitehouse Station; two daughters, Eleanor Hoffman of Tewksbury Township and Helen Jones of Hampton, four grandchildren, four great-grandchildren, and a cousin.
