MR. HENRY BURR ~ PROMINENT BLAUVELT MAN DROPS DEAD

End Came At Eight This Morning To Well Known Fanner And Democratic Politician.

Henry Burr, 70. Farmer and former prominent Democratic politician of Blauvelt, dropped dead this morning at his residence in Blauvelt about eight o'clock. Mr. Burr had been ill for some time but be arose this morning apparently feeling as well as usual. After breakfast be started for the bath room and fell to the floor passing away very suddenly.

Mr. Burr lived on a large farm in Blauvelt which was used for trucking purposes and dairying and was formerly connected in that business with his brother, the farm being known as Burr Brothers. Several years ago be ran for highway superintendent of the Town of Orangetown but was defeated by bis Republican opponent, Sheriff George L. Brown.
