Mrs. Ottilia Hargenrater, 64, of 404 Park Avenue, died at Spencer Hospital Thursday morning at 1:15 o'clock following an extended illness. Formerly of Oil City, Mrs. Hargenrater had been a resident of Meadville for the past 18 years. She was a member of St. Agatha's R.C. Church and the church Rosary Society. Surviving are the husband, Herman A. Hargenrater, Sr., five daughters, Mrs. J.A. Bayhurst, Oil City; Violet, Sylvia, Gladys and Mary Louise at home; four sons Stanley, Quentin and Herman of Meadville, and Thomas of Cleveland; three brothers, James Snyder, Wilkinsburg, William and Albert Snyder of Lucinda; five sisters, Mrs. Mary O'Neil and Mrs. Joseph Wolbert, Lucinda, Mrs. Margaret Kleck, Mrs. J.J. Wolbert and Mrs. Rose King all of Oil City, and eight grandchildren. Friends may call at the Roofner Funeral Home. Funeral services will be held Saturday at 10am at St. Agatha's Church with interment following at the church cemetery. Members of Court Columbia C.D. of A. and Rosary Society will meet at the funeral home this evening at 8:30 o'clock for rosary devotions.
