Warren Robert Woolfolk was born on February 29, 1868 in Missouri, the son of Clodius Marcellus Woolfolk (1817–1885) and Adeline (Heflin) Woolfolk (1827–1897). [NOTE: Warren's Death Certificate informant - his wife - incorrectly gave his father's name as Warren R Woolfolk.]
He was married to Jo Price Parks (1869-1940), the daughter of J P Parks and -- (Rodman) Parks.
A maintenance foreman for General Shoe Corporation and living at 1311 East Greenwood Avenue, Nashville, he was 68 years old and married when he died of a coronary occlusion on September 25, 1936 at 511 Gallatin Avenue, Nashville. Burial was the next day in Mount Olivet Cemetery.
