On August 3, Bob laid down to take a nap and woke up in heaven where he was reunited with his wife Jeannine, brothers Jack, Jim (JP) and grandson Bobby Lee.
Bob was a native of Iowa and moved his family to Concord in 1963 where he worked for Pacific Bell until his retirement. He proudly served his country in the United States Navy aboard the USS San Francisco during World War II and was an avid fan of Notre Dame football and the SF Giants.
Bob leaves behind his sons Mike, Rick (Marianne), Bill (Judie), and daughter Dianne Lee, his grandchildren Tina Lester, Matthew Dunley, Sarah Franks, Danielle Krupa, Ricky Dunley, Trevor and Tyler Williams and Tommy and Tori Lee and 8 great-grandchildren.
A memorial mass will be held Saturday, August 30 at 11:00 at St. Agnes Catholic Church, 3966 Chestnut Ave. Concord.
