SELLNER Lucille (Mom Thomas) age 84, born January 23, 1916 in Granite, OK., died May 9, 2000 in OKC. She was preceded in death by her first husband, Clancy Thomas of 41 yrs. She later met and married Robert Sellner, who died in 1988. She attended OKC Public Schools and took special courses at O.C.U. She loved her family, friends and church. Mrs. Sellner worked with the "Order of Rainbow for Girls" for many years, holding "State Mother Advisor" and many other state offices. She was a Charter President of the "Pilot Club" of S.W. OKC; past Matron of OKC; past Queen of Adorom Temple. She was president of many of her clubs. She was a member of 2 book review clubs, India Temple Widows club and past Queens Club, past president of CHJH P.T.A. and Brownie Scout Leader. She was a member of Putnam City Methodist Church and belonged to the "Fidolis Sunday School Class". She served as Circle Chairperson for 3 yrs. and was presently working in Missions, working in the church "Bread Basket", a mission that gave assistance to those in need of a helping hand.
She is survived by her daughters, Margaret Knudson and husband Cliff of Port Haddock, WA.; Mary Clements of OKC; 1 brother, Ian Allen and wife Kay of Sunnyvale, CA.; 4 grand sons, Phillip Estes,wife Nancy and baby Layne of Orinda, CA., Todd Estes and wife Janet of OKC, Craig Knudson, wife Muriel and children, Justin, Chantil and Brandon of Laguna Hills, CA., and Chris Knudson, wife Yvonne and son, Nicholaus of Tinnin, CA. and many friends. Services will be 1:00 PM, Saturday, May 13 at Guardian West Funeral Home Chapel with interment to follow at Rose Hill Cemetery.
