Richard L. Tressel of Clarkston; joined his beloved wife, Donna on August 16, 2014 at 67 years of age.

Loving father of Jennifer Tressel and the late Angela Wyatt; dear grandfather of Kayla, Sarah and Jesse; brother of Fran (Bill) Wright, Bob (Freda) Tressel Jr., Gary (Diane)Tressel, Susan Furman, William (Mary) Tressel, Mike (Jackie) Tressel, Mark (Dee) Tressel and Steve (Cindy) O'Neill.

Richard retired from General Motors in 2005 after 36 years of service. He was an avid coin collector; movie buff; cruise vacations; and the Woodward Dream Cruise. He will be dearly missed.

Funeral Service on Friday, August 22, 2014 at 10:00 a.m. at Coats Funeral Home - Waterford. Burial follows at Ottawa Park Cemetery, Clarkston. Family will receive friends Thursday 3:00-5:00 p.m. and 7:00-9:00 p.m.

Memorials may be made to the American Cancer Society.
