Darrell Mitchell Black, 44, of Monticello died there Thursday (Oct 15, 1981). He was a resident of Paragould, AR for 20 years, was a Paragould High School graduate and was a Baptist minister.
Survivors include his wife, Glenda; three sons, Derrick, Marque and Dell Black, all of Monticello; a daughter Cynthia Black, of the home; a brother, Ocel Black of Meridian, MS; and two sisters, Winona Thiel of Paragould and Opal Horton of Pensacola, FL.
The funeral was Saturday at First Baptist Church in Monticello. Burial was at Monticello.
