Mary R. Bryer, 85, of Mt. Clemens, died Sunday, August 26, 2001, at St. Joseph Mercy Hospital West in Clinton Township. She was born December 26, 1915, in Mt. Clemens to Aurthur & Florence Verstyn.
Mrs. Bryer a homemaker, was a member of St. Peter Catholic Church, in Mt. Clemens. She was also a member of the St. Joseph Hospital Auxillary. She enjoyed playing cards & feeding the birds.
Family members said she loved homemaking. She will be remembered for the baked goods that she shared at the bake sales & with her family.
She is survived by her son, Roger D. Bryer of Mt. Clemens; daughter, Donna (John) Barrett of Mt. Clemens; Grandchildren: John, Joseph, Brenda, & Brian; & 9 great grandchildren.
She was predeceased by her husband, Joseph Bryer, & her parents, Aurthur & Florence Verstyn.
