Seneca Falls, Mar. 8--The death of Mrs Martha A. Amidon, wife of James Amidon. occurred Sunday night at the family home in White street following an extended Illness. Mrs. Amidon was born in Weedsport some sixty-two years ago, but the greater part of her life had been spent here. She is survived by six sons, Leroy, Charles, Chauncev, Harry, Harvey and Theodore Amidon, her husband, James Amidon, three daughters, Mrs. Jennie House of Auburn and the Misses Ida and Mary Amidon of this village. The funeral will be held Wednesday afternoon at 2:30, Rev. Robert D. Merrill, pastor of the First Presbyterian church officiating, with burial in Restvale cemetery."
