A funeral will be at 11 a.m. Thursday at Jones Funeral Home in Holly Ridge with the Rev. Russell Padgett officiating. Burial will follow at Onslow Memorial Park.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Earlie Thomas Ottaway; and a daughter, Therma Earle Ottaway.
Survivors include two daughters, Sylvia Ann Ottaway of Yorktown and Judy Gail Ottaway of Newport News
