Mrs. Cook was born in 1893, a daughter of the late James E. and Rose Ellen Shaw Kearney. She and Jesse Cook were married in 1916. He preceded her in death.
Mrs. Cook was a member of West Park United Methodist Church in Moberly.
Surviving are two children, Harley Rolfe, Napa, Idaho, and Wayne Rolfe of Portage, Ind.; and several nieces and nephews.
Graveside services will be 11 a.m. Thursday at Oakland Cemetery. Visitation at Cater Funeral Home will begin at 10 a.m. Thursday.
Rev. Carol Koenig, pastor of West Park Church, will officiate.
