Frederick H. Cole, 68, of LaGrangeville, died Sunday, Oct. 31, 2004. Mr. Cole was a truck driver for Alexander Construction, Poughkeepsie Asphault (former) and worked as a farmer, retiring in 1995.
Born May 8, 1936 in Beacon, he was the son of Herbert E. and Helen Heady Cole. Survivors include his father, Herbert E. (Bud) Cole of LaGrangeville; a sister, Patricia H. Meddaugh and her husband, Laurence of Napanoch; a sister, Sharon Warren and her husband, Lyale of LaGrangeville; nephews, John Hughes, Shawn Warren and Eric Warren; niece, Susan Hughes; great-nieces, Erica Hughes, Lydia Hughes and Paige Warren; and a great-nephew, Nicholas Hughes.
He was predeceased by his brother, Willard Cole in 1943 and his mother, Helen on Nov. 22, 1990.
Calling hours will be 2-4 and 7-9 p.m., Wednesday, Nov. 3, at Robert H. Auchmoody Funeral Homes Inc., 900 Route 82, Hopewell Junction. Funeral services will be 11 a.m., Thursday, Nov. 4, at the funeral home. Rev. John Wall will officiate. Burial will be in the Fishkill Rural Cemetery, Rt. 9, Fishkill.
