VADA WEBB, 77. Vada A. Winfrey Webb, a resident of Merced for 39 years, died Monday at home. Mrs. Webb was born Aug 12, 1922 in Hale, Colo. Survivors include her husband of 56 years, Louis Webb of Merced; a son, Lonnie Webb of Nashville, Tenn.; a sister, Phyllis Klockenteger of Victorville; one brother, Noel Winfrey of Burlington, Colo.; and two grandchildren. A memorial service will be Friday at 2 p.m. at Atwater Community Bible Church, 5890 Winton Way. The Rev. Dwight Thompson will officiate. Burial will be Oct 27 in Fairview Cemetery in Burlington, Colo. Contributions may be made to California Homecare and Hospice, Inc., 780 W. Olive Ave., Suite 101, Merced 95348 or to Atwater Community Bible Church. Arrangements are under the direction of Whitton Family Funeral Service.
