TRECARTIN, LAURENCE DOUGLAS - Passed away suddenly at home, White Head, Grand Manan, Laurence Douglas Trecartin, age 77, son of the late Charles Howard and Dora Irene (Stinson) Trecarton of White Head; survived by his wife, Juanita; four daughters: Margarite, Mrs. Eldon Rideout, White Head, Janice Geldart of Lindsay, ON, Leah Loof of Gulf, ON, Linda, Mrs. Lawrence McIntyre of McAdam; two sons, Rodney and William of White Head; 17 grandchildren; six greatgrandchildren. Predeceased by one son, Larry; two sisters, Hattie and Irene; one brother, Gerald; and three grandchildren. Rested at White Head Baptist Church from where the funeral service was held Sunday, Dec. 22 at 2 p.m. with Rev. Stephen Knowles officiating. Interment followed in White Head Cemetery. Ells Funeral Home, Grand Harbour in charge of arrangements.
