Albert Henry Gokey. 86, resident of route 4, Green Bay, and a former Wausaukee resident, died Saturday at 9:25 pm., in the home of his son, George at Green Bay.
Mr. Gokey was employed as a shingle weaver through northern Wisconsin and Upper Michigan. He later homesteaded at Ontonagon, Mich., where he resided until 1939. He was employed in shipyards at Sturgeon Bay before retiring in 1944.
He was born May 4, 1876, at Green Bay and moved Wausaukee as a young man. He married the former Harriet Loveless there in 1896.
