Riersgord, Elouise L. (Eads) Passed away peacefully on Wednesday, December 9, 2009, at St. Luke's Medical Center. She was born in Oakland, IL, to Willis and Ina (Brading) Eads.
In 1946, she married Leo E. Riersgord, and they became lifelong residents of Bay View.

Preceded in death by her devoted husband Leo; beloved daughter Cynthia K. Schuette; sisters Elizabeth Wright and Miriam Christenson.

She will be sadly missed for her gentle spirit and generosity by her daughter, son-in-law and granddaughter.

Elouise also leaves behind other loving family members and dear friends.

Elouise retired from Gimbels Department Store in 1987 after 25 years of service. She and Leo were lifetime members of the South Shore Yacht Club and Elouise was a member of the Ladies Auxiliary. She also was a communicant of the Lutheran Chapel of the Cross Church since 1953. Elouise enjoyed traveling, reading, playing cards with friends and ushering at the Marcus Center for over 10 years.

Entombment to follow Arlington Park Cemetery.
