Emile Blair
HOUTZDALE - Emile (Dick) Blair, 73, died at the Philipsburg State General Hospital Tuesday at 3:40 a.m. following an extended illness.
He was born in Ginter April 29, 1898 and was a son of the late Harry and Eliza Blair.
He was married to the former Catherine Brennan, who survives, along with a daughter Mrs. Leon (Elizabeth) Shaw of Tulsa, Okla. One sister, Mrs. Mary Everard of Pittsburgh, a brother, George Blair of California, and two grandchildren also survive.
Friends may call at the Burger A. Freeberg Funeral Home from 3 p.m. today until time of services at 2 p.m. Friday. The Rev. Donald E. Bailor of Ramey will officiate and interment will be in Beulah Cemetery.
