Lois M. Bauermeister, 87, passed away peacefully at her home on Friday, September 5, 2014 in Indianapolis, IN. She was born March 27, 1927 in Marion, IN to the late Aaron and Mae Russell Eltzroth.
Lois was a graduate of Tech High School and worked as an accountant for Indiana Bell for many years. She was a member of Hope Lutheran Church and the Eastern Star Beech Grove. Lois enjoyed baking, gardening, and spending time with her family.
Lois is survived by her son, Daniel Bauermeister (Melinda); daughter, Tamara White (Dennis); eight grandchildren and five great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her husband of 44 years, Dr. Donald Bauermeister.
Services entrusted to Shirley Brothers Thompson Road Chapel.
