Survivors include daughters Jane Simmons and Stacia Viveros; sons Jim (Nancy), Joe and Jack Becker; brother John (Donna) Becker; 14 grandchildren, 6 great-grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.
He was preceded in death by his parents, brother Don Becker and sister Jinny Kellerman.
He was a 1952 Batesville High school graduate and served in the US Army in Germany as a sergeant.
He worked at RR Donnelley from 1952 until retiring from the Harrisonburg, Va plant as a journeyman casemaker.
He was a member of Darlington, IN American Legion.
Cremation was chosen in Nevada. Memorial service 1pm Saturday, October 4 at Powers-Priebe Funeral Home. Visitation 10am until time of service. Graveside military rites by the U.S. Army and Crawfordsville VFW and American Legion Honor Guard.
