Her maternal grandmother was Julia Frances (FORSYTH) IVERSON - so her middle initial "F." could stand for either Frances or Forsyth. Daughter of Joseph H. & Clara M. (IVERSON) DANIEL. Married 22 MAR 1884 in Muscogee County, Georgia, to William Edward LLOYD; his father William S. LLOYD married 12 JAN 1878 in Muscogee County to Julia's mother, Mrs. Clara M. (IVERSON) DANIEL IVEY.

Julia DANIEL (age 14) and Lunsford DANIEL (age 12) appear in the 1870 household of their widowed mother, Clara M. IVEY; their father Joseph is supposed to have died ca. 1864, and their mother's second husband John R. IVEY died 29 DEC 1869. They appear, aged 24 and 22 years respectively, in the 1880 household of their step-father and mother, William S. LLOYD & Clara M. LLOYD. Their mother Clara possibly died between June and October of 1880, and was certainly dead before January 1893.

LLOYD HAS PASSED AWAY: The Funeral Will Take Place This Afternoon. // Mrs. Julia DANIEL LLOYD, the beloved wife of Mr. William Edward LLOYD, died at ten minutes after eight o'clock last night at the family residence, No. 1659 Nineteenth street, after an illness of three months from nervous prostration. // Mrs. LLOYD was 50 years of age, having been born in this city January 22, 1856. // Besides her bereaved husband, she is survived by seven children--two sons and five daughters. She was a most estimable lady, and had many friends who will be saddened to learn of her death last night. // The funeral will take place from the family residence on Nineteenth street this afternoon at 3:30 o'clock, and the remains will be laid to rest in Linwood cemetery."
