Cassandra Marie Fisher, age 19, of Clancy, died in an automobile accident in Jefferson County, Friday evening, March 3, 2006. Cassandra was born in Aurora, Colorado, April 23, 1986, to James and Donna (Brislawn) Fisher. She graduated from eighth grade with honors from Clancy Elementary School, and graduated from Helena High School in 2004. Cassie attended the University of Montana, Helena College of Technology, attended Miles City Community College and attended Carroll College Gifted Institute for four years.

She was a member of the Clancy United Methodist Church. At the present time, Cassandra was working for Woodpeckers in Helena.

Cassandra was preceded in death by her paternal grandparents, James, Sr. and Barbara Fisher; uncle, Mitchell Haars; and aunt, Teresa Fisher.

She is survived by her parents, Jim and Donna Fisher of Clancy; brother, J.C. Fisher, and nephew, Christian Fisher both of San Diego, Calif.; brother, Austin Fisher, and sister, Katrina Fisher both of Clancy; maternal grandparents, Wilbur Brislawn of Westminster, Colo., Allen and Karen Haars of Guttenberg, Iowa; and great grandmother, Violet Brislawn of Marion, Iowa. Cassie is also survived by aunts and uncles, Steve and Diane Grand of Kent, Wash., Robin Hill of Helena, Charlie and Lisa Fisher of Alberta, Canada, Mike Fisher, John and JoAnn Fisher, Steve and Kathy Fisher and Vicky Fisher, all of Helena, Paul and Terry Letts of Center Point, Iowa, Kevin and Laurie Saylor, Osborne, Kansas, Jill Oliviera of Bridgeport, Conn., Scott Brislawn of Marion, Iowa, Cindy Haars of Turin, Iowa, and numerous cousins and second cousins.

We cannot begin to list the many friends that left a piece of themselves with Cassie and her family. They helped to mold her into the beautiful person that left a piece of her in all our hearts. She was a special, fun-loving, young woman who gave us all a lifetime of memories to treasure.
