Dorothy was born Dec. 16, 1921, in Youngstown to her parents, Sam and Santa DiRocco Collovecchio.
On July 2, 1938, she married David F. Agnone Sr., and they spent 60 years together.
Dorothy worked for Atlantic Mills, Swift & Company Meat Packaging, and Ungar Meat Packaging before her retirement from Wilco. She was an avid bingo player and enjoyed games of chance and bus trips to the casinos. She loved gardening and cooking for her family.
Dorothy will be sadly missed by her daughter, Marlea M. Passarelli; her son, David F. (Linda) Agnone Jr.; her four grandchildren, Rena (Trent) Passarelli–Yeagley, Michelle Siciliano, Carla (Kevin) Mankin, and Marc (Billie) Agnone; her five great-grandchildren, Cody Yeagley, Baylee Yeagley, Makayla Siciliano, Taylor Kennedy, and Parker Agnone; her sister, Betty Augusta; and many nieces and nephews whom she loved dearly.
Preceding her in death were her parents; her husband, David, who died March 21, 1998; her three brothers, Eugene, Dominic, and Rudolph Collovecchio; and her sister, Rose Leone.
Entombment will be at Calvary Cemetery.
