Her funeral was held on September 8, 2014, with The Rev. Henry Horne officiating and her grandsons serving as pallbearers and honorary pallbearers. She was a graduate of Chocowinity High School (1952). She was a member of Union Chapel Free Will Baptist Church. She served 31 years as a teacher's assistant with the Beaufort County School System. She was survived by her husband, Kenneth Leon Page, Sr. (married on September 26, 1952); daughter, Terrie Elaine Page; sons, Kenneth Leon Page, Jr. (Cindie), Glen Page (Patricia), Russell Page (Mary Jane) and Randall Page (Brenda); sister, Lou B. Branch (Doug); 14 grandchildren; 15 great-grandchildren; and an extended family of relatives and friends. She was preceded in death by her parents, James and EElla Godley Buck; a granddaughter and three brothers.
