Kelly was born on May 4, 1965 in Jacksonville, TX and passed away on September 8, 2014. He attended Holy Trinity Catholic Church. A lifetime hobby of his was driving and over hauling his 1957 Chevy. Kelly joined the Air Force in 1986 stationed at England AFB for 3 years. In 1990, he transferred to Barksdale AFB as part of the 917th through the ART program. In 2011, he retired as a Master Sergeant from the Air Force Reserves and began his second career as a production controller at Red River Army Depot.
He was preceded in death by grandparents, Raegan and Tiny Pace and Marcus and Dorothy Holbrook. Left to cherish his memory is his wife of 25 years, Sally Grass Pace; parents, Ray and Peggy Pace; sister, Kay Helms and husband, Danny; brother, Danny Pace and wife, Selena; beloved dogs, Louis and Katie.
