Mrs. Ida Castle, 91, Prestonsburg, KY, died at 3:45 p.m. Friday in Jenny Wiley Nursing Home in Johnson County following an extended illness. Mrs. Castle was born November 12, 1880, at Route 1, Louisa, a daughter of the late Mordica and Vashti Jarrell Wilson. She was a member of the Missionary Baptist Church. Her husband, Ed Castle, preceded her in death in 11939. Surviving are a half sister, Mrs. Charles Goodwin of Ashland and several nieces and nephews. Funeral services were conducted at 1 p.m. Monday from the Young Funeral Home with the Rev. W. D. Jaggers and the Rev. Ira McMillen officiating. Burial was in the Wilson Cemetery near Louisa.
