Country and Western Recording Artist. Two of the several songs he wrote are "Five Foot Five" and "If You Think You Got Troubles." He hosted a television show in the 1950s, titled "The Bill Hutto Show". Hutto, son of the late Earl Leon and Annie Bea (Cockrell) Hutto, retired from the US Army and was a member of the Disabled American Veterans. He was also a member of the Amateur Ham Radio Club in Orange, Texas.
