The Rev. Hubert P. Nilles of 1416-18th St., Two Rivers, died Monday evening, Feb. 2, at Manitowoc.
Funeral services will be 11 a.m. Thursday at St. Luke Catholic Church, Two Rivers. Bishop Robert F. Morneau will officiate and burial will be in Holy Cross Cemetery, Two Rivers.
Father Nilles was born son of the late Henry J. and Nellie O'Connell Nilles. He attended St. Lawrence Seminary, Mount Calvary, and later St. Francis Seminary of Milwaukee. He was assistant pastor of Menasha, Oshkosh and Kaukauna churches, and pastor ????? Church, Norman, and New Holstein church until his retirement.
Survivors include a brother and sister-in-law, Dr. John Marion Nilles of Two Rivers; three sisters and brothers-in-law, Marie and Herman Clark of New Berlin, Mrs. Eleanore Jacobson of Madison, and Dorothy and Daniel Scherer of Two Rivers, and several nieces and nephews.
Friends may call at St. Luke Catholic Church, Two Rivers, from 3 p.m. to 8 p.m. Wednesday.
