Kelly John McGonigle May 30, 1959 to September 9, 2014 (Granbury, TX) was born to Kent and Mary McGonigle and was raised in Rock Falls, Illinois. Kelly graduated from Rock Falls High School and attended college at Illinois Valley Community College. He worked in three different areas of business; body shop work with skills passed down from his father, owned a premier landscape and pond design company, and most recently worked in the jewelry industry. Kelly spent many years enjoying boating, jet skiing and fishing on Lake Granbury.
Kelly is preceded in death by his loving wife of 23 years, Suzy McGonigle and his sister Linda Wiederaenders.
He is survived by his parents, Kent and Mary McGonigle; his daughters, Tracy Phillips and Kelly Ann Stephenson Gentry; nephew, Jacob Wiederaenders; eight grandchildren; and many aunts, uncles, and cousins.
Funeral service will be Monday, September 15th at 1pm at Bluebonnet Hills Funeral Home in Colleyville, Tx. Visitation will be Sunday from 2-4pm at the funeral home.
